We are looking for an efficient JS Team Lead to be a part of our team. As a good Team Lead, will be responsible for technical direction, team performance and successful delivery solutions that align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.


Guide a team of JavaScript developers, offering mentorship, and sharing technical expertise in Node.js and JavaScript. Foster a collaborative environment where knowledge and skills are shared.

Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance backend systems using Node.js to meet both current and future business needs.

Ensure the seamless operation of all technical activities and manage the technical direction of projects.

Oversee project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and actively involved in planning sessions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Conduct thorough code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and uphold high coding standards across the team.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements thoroughly and convert them into detailed technical specifications and actionable plans.

Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, providing constructive and actionable feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem and backend development. Implement best practices to enhance code quality, performance, and system reliability.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for project owners, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Play an active role in the hiring process and train new team members to integrate seamlessly into the company.


Over 6 years of experience as a Javascript professional, with a robust understanding of its capabilities and best practices.

At least 4+ years of experience as a backend developer with Node.js, with a deep understanding of its architecture and performance optimization techniques.

2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, with a focus on mentoring and professional development.

Solid grasp of software architecture and design principles, including experience with architectural patterns and setting up scalable processes.

Advanced skills in code versioning tools, particularly Git, demonstrating best practices in code maintenance and team collaboration.

Expert knowledge in managing and optimizing databases, with extensive experience in MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.

Familiarity with React and its ecosystem is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to work across the full stack when required.

Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, complemented by precise analytical abilities and a logical approach to problem-solving.

Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
